Our Prep and Line Cook assist with food preparation in our kitchen and adhere exactly to the chef’s instructions and recommendations. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction and kitchen efficiency. Responsibilities include preparing and stocking cooking stations, preparing much of the food, and following instructions from the more senior chefs.
RequirementCandidates should have professional kitchen experience and/or experience in the full-service restaurants including working a hotline and grill. Comprehension of a variety of cooking techniques and methods, understanding of culinary requirements, ingredients, and equipment is desired.
